Rising star in Bordeaux, this high-regarded wine features a lovely deep ruby-brick red color, expressive nose of ripe red berries and plum and smooth, ripe red and black fruit flavor with a lasting gentle tannic finish.

Allow at least 30 minutes for breathing and serve at 18℃; this soft, supple wine goes very nicely with calves liver, roasted pork as well as Taiwanese Style Deep-Fried Pork Ribs.

15∼18 months in French oak.

Drinking nicely now, this wine will improve over the next 2∼3 years and can be kept another 5∼7 years.
