One of the best Champagnes of the great 1996 vintage, the wine features a golden color, persistent fine bubbles, abundant citrus fruit and honey scents, layer upon layer of ripe fruit, mineral and cream flavors and a long finish; first produced in 1936 and named after the 17th-century Benedictine monk who was one of Champagne's innovators, Dom Pérignon is one of the world's great Champagnes; Moët & Chandon is now part of the LVMH.
Serve at 10℃; match with elegant Cantonese seafood dishes and refined veal or chicken dishes.
6 years of bottle aging.
Can be kept for 15+ years.
